Job Summary: As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our company's growth and objectives. You will partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and identify qualified candidates. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting within the technology industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing requirements, including roles, responsibilities, and qualifications.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage top technical talent, utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, technical interviews, and reference checks, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, update candidate statuses, and maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics.
- Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and employment terms with candidates, following company guidelines and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to advise hiring managers on market conditions and talent availability.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives, including attending industry events, participating in networking groups, and promoting the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements, recruitment initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment function.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, with a focus on recruiting for technical roles within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets, programming languages, software development methodologies, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools and technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and adhere to ethical recruiting practices.
- Certifications in recruiting or human resources (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, AIRS certifications) are a plus.
