Upsell & Support Specialist-Animation Unit

We are seeking an experienced Animation Upsell and Support Specialist with a strong background in project management and upselling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing animation projects, providing exceptional support to clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services. Fluency in English is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support and Relationship Management:

  • Provide comprehensive support to clients for all animation-related inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.

Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage animation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Communicate project updates and statuses to clients and internal stakeholders.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional animation services and products to existing clients.
  • Present and recommend enhancements, upgrades, and additional features to clients.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting relevant services during support and project interactions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of support activities, client interactions, and project details.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on support activities, project progress, and upselling achievements.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with support, sales, and creative teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Share insights and feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in animation project management and upselling.

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to upsell and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge of animation software and techniques.

Working Conditions:

  • Work hours are from 9 PM to 6 AM to align with client time zones.

Target:

  • $5000 per month

Commission:

  • 2.5x

  • Bank Reconciliation:

  • Accounting Entries:
  • Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.

  • Financial Reporting:
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the finance team in closing financial books at month-end and year-end.
  • Compliance & Audits:

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
